Planned project duration: Jun 2022 – Dec 2022.

Tasks:
- Manage all stakeholders by coordinating the project timeline and the dependencies between the different service management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Request Fulfillment Management, Change Management) and functional modules (Enterprise Architecture Management and Software Asset Management).
- Track and assess the success of project tasks (timing of the resources) by analyzing the information that will be provided from parallel activities and influence each other (these parallel activities can be either items taken care of by the consultant him/herself, but also items which are managed by other people within the organization - operations, smaller changes and release upgrade tasks). Organize detailed tasks and align progress with other ongoing change workstreams and dependencies via their stakeholders (process owners, vendors).
- Create documents/presentations for project steering committee meetings to analyze and derive different solution options based on expertise. Create documentation with the results and with recommendations in case of unplanned deviations from the plan.

This will take place on a weekly basis for the overall project progress with all process and module owners, test resources and 3rd parties. Meetings will be done remotely via MS Teams
