Product Owner ADOBE Cloud/Design Upload Plugin - October 2022

For one of our clients we are looking for a Product Owner ADOBE Cloud/Design Upload Plugin

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

 
  • Short description of the project: As part of Digital Brand solutions team, adidas  builds and runs end-to-end connected solutions that digitize the brand to win the consumer.
  • The project has the purpose that, adidas provides reliable and continuously evolving tools to the internal users enabling them to efficiently create, design and sell adidas products.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION :

In order to efficiently manage the demand/requests coming from adidas license partner Adobe and from adidas internal users working in the ADOBE Cloud tools as well as in the Design Upload Plugin an external Product Owner needs to independently manage all related requests. This means to propose and establish a new communication framework and efficiency drivers.

Tasks:

ADOBE:
  • Act as external key business contact to ADOBE and internal key users for adobe Creative Cloud
  • Approve (weekly) and clean-up (quarterly) adobe license requests (Adobe license management) in Active Directory within IGA & ASPEN (adidas tools)
  • Prepare and execute ADOBE trainings and conferences participation with external adobe contact.
  • Create and present training material based on own expertise to adidas using the provided templates (format /design).
  • Create an internal key user community for adobe creative cloud tools by setting up relevant teams channels that allow internal users to address demand & challenges. 
  • Collect and document user feedback/demand in a structured way on Jira confluence (access and links will be provided).
  • Analyse & review with the IT Operations team every 2 weeks  (External – INFOSYS team) the IT tickets raised by users in ASPEN (access will be granted to relevant system) to consult/propose to adidas on which capabilities need to be fixed/improved with highest priority to improve user efficiency & satisfaction (PPT).
  • Share updated training materials and updates (in form of newsletter, PPTs & videos) with internal key user community via teams channels based on the findings and based on input from external Adobe contacts.
  • Hold 1 training session per quarter via MS teams to internal key users.
  • Adidas will review and approve the created training material.
  • Create transparency on adobe cloud usage (users by tool, function, purpose, main use cases) and present back to adidas in Powerpoint format.
  • Set-up, send and analyze user feedback based on a survey (Net Promoter Score) once per quarter to all internal users of adobe cloud tools.
  • Propose a roll-out plan of new ADOBE version releases (once a new release is available to adidas) to the adidas Digital Brand Solutions business and tech teams displaying the pro´s & con´s of (not) rolling out in form of a Powerpoint.
  • Present the impact of not rolling out new versions/features (once a new release is available to adidas) – business & security risks based on the key user demand assessment and (external) Adobe information (Powerpoint) to the adidas Digital Brand Solutions business and tech teams.

DESIGN UPLOAD:
  • Act as key business contact for DESIGN-UPLOAD PLUG-IN
  • Create an internal key user community for design upload plugin by setting up relevant teams channels that allow internal users to address demand & challenges. 
  • Collect and document user feedback/demand in a structured way on Jira confluence (access and links will be provided).
  • Analyze & review with the IT Operations team every 2 weeks  (External – INFOSYS team) the IT tickets raised by users in ASPEN (access will be granted to relevant system) to consult/propose to adidas on which capabilities need to be fixed/improved with highest priority to improve user efficiency & satisfaction (in MS PPT).
  • Update training materials (for onboarding and upskilling) in form of newsletter, PPTs & videos based on key user feedback and IT ticket analysis and share with internal key user community via teams channels and store those on the Creation Portal sharepoint.
  • Hold 1 training session per quarter via MS teams to internal key users.
  • Adidas will review and approve the created training material.
  • Create transparency on design upload usage (amount of users, function, purpose, main use cases, peak usage times) and present back to adidas in Powerpoint format.
  • Set-up, send and analyze user feedback based on a survey (Net Promoter Score) once per quarter to all internal users of design upload plug-in.
  • Present improvements of the validation report (as a feature of the design upload plugin) to the adidas internal Tech team and execute the change management needed with the users once improvement is available in the production environment.
  • Document validation report improvement in Jira Confluence & communicate new features to users via upskilling documents: Powerpoint & video. (Change management)
  • Test validation report improvement in test environment and share bugs & defects with the tech team (teams chat).

The performance of the contractor has the goal:

To consult adidas internal teams (Digital Brand Solutions & Tech teams) on Adobe Cloud and Design Upload improvements and independently communicate to and upskill the internal (key) user community. Independently manage all business requests with/to external Adobe contacts.


Start: 17.10.2022
End: Till end of March 2023 (extension possible)
Location: 50% remote, 50% onsite in Herzogenaurach
Capacity: 40 hours/week
