Overview:
- The styling specialist retail training program focuses on content design, training delivery and expert styling knowledge.
- The project has the purpose that, this program will enable Trainers to train store employees to provide a premium styling experience to customers to achieve business KPIs.
- The performance of the contractor has the goal that adidas Styling Specialist certified trainers are prepared and equipped to deliver the Styling Specialist program in their markets as certified Styling Specialists.
Tasks:
- Professionally consult on how to provide industry leading styling expertise and knowledge that will inform the content and design of the styling specialist retail training program
- Provide a suit of ‘bite-size’ videos covering key topics as prioritized in the scoping of the styling specialist program. The content will be based on the contractor’s expertise and industry knowledge.
- Videos will be shared digitally in MP4 format with English subtitles and any other format as identified in the program scoping.
- Project meetings will be scheduled throughout the project for scoping, designing and delivery preparation and review. Remote project meetings by MS Teams will be scheduled maximum once per week by adidas.
- Training materials: slides, Trainer guides, participant guide and a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document will be developed for the full program. Global Sales Academy (GSA) will prepare the documents. Expert knowledge provided by the contractor in the design phase will be imbedded in the slides, trainer guides and FAQ document. All materials will be approved by adidas.
- Observe the training delivery of the pilot program in Q3/4 based on the contractor’s expertise. Dates to be defined based on program scoping and design plan.

- Provide insight feedback and insight from the training sessions and train the trainer TrainBack sessions during feedback sessions with the consumer led workstream from GSA after program completion, end Q4 / beginning Q1.
- Congratulate successful participants during the virtual certification after program completion, end Q4 / beginning Q1. The contractor will professionally consult adidas on the awarding within the participant certification. The final decision is with adidas. Adidas will provide all materials, invitations and lead the event.
