Key roles in CD&O for delivering on Medicine Excellence include Clinical Development & Operations Leads (CDOLs), Clinical Trial Leaders (CTLs) and Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs). People in these roles are expected to work in new ways and on new deliverables.

Key roles in CD&O for delivering on Medicine Excellence include Clinical Development & Operations Leads (CDOLs), Clinical Trial Leaders (CTLs) and Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs). People in these roles are expected to work in new ways and on new deliverables.
Tasks:
- Gathering insights from patients, caregivers, and trial site staff in order to set up three Clinical Trial Simulations that generate additional patient and site insights. The Goal of this task is to improve Trial Design Outlines (TDO) and implementing learned solutions into the TDO and Clinical Trial Protocols (CTP).
- Gathering insights from patients, caregivers, and trial site staff and applying the Contractor expertise, using the gathered insights together with CTP to set up three patient and/or site staff advisory boards.
- Setting up three structured interview projects/market research projects to inform Trial Design Outlines and capture insights and implement solutions into the TDO and CTP by gathering insights from patients, caregivers, and trial site staff and applying the Contractor expertise, using the gathered insights.
- Defining the scope of the projects, the objectives, check in with the external vendor, share information with the internal teams, bring outcomes/findings into the trial designs and study conduct and set-up the 9 Trial Patient and Site Engagement Plans for clinical trials in Inflammation and/or Oncology

- The client is looking for a total of 2 to 3 Consulting Project Managers with the below requirements.
- The Positions are Full Time but the client is very open to also part time interested Candidates. Full time being 40 hours per week and Part time 20 hours per week.

Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Solid Medical/Scientific understanding
- Minimum 3yrs Clinical development / operations experience
- A patient centric mindset, or as a bonus 1yr patient engagement experience
- Project management experience (including administrative work)
