Project name: Release Upgrade Wallstreet Suite Version 8 – Front Office Implementation
Overview:
The client implements the current version 8 of the central treasury management system WSS (Wallstreet Suite). As part of the project, it is necessary to design the current processes in the front office (general, collateral, guarantee) and treasury middle office or market risk area and implement them in the system. The consultant(s) independently design the configuration required in the system based on the existing processes and the new functionalities desired by the department. The corresponding implementation of the configuration takes place by the consultant in the project test systems.

Overview:

Services:
- Independent technical analysis of the current business processes and the existing system implementation in the current system version 7
- Independent creation of a specialist concept including an implementation concept for the representation of the front and middle office processes in the system based on the above analysis, specifically the areas:
- Front Office – General
- Front Office – Collateral
- Front Office – Guarantee
- Treasury Middle Office
- Market risk
- Implementation of the necessary system configuration in the system based on the technical concept tested and approved by the client, including the implementation concept.
- Creation of documentation in either Word, Excel or PowerPoint (form is specified in the project by the client project management) of the implemented business system configuration in WSS and sending the documentation to the Treasury Business Support Team and department.
- Creation of test cases in Excel and execution of initial unit tests after implementation to validate the basic system functions.
- Hand over the test results to the client so that the client department can carry out the final technical system and acceptance tests and finally approve the settings.
- If an error occurs, provide technical advice to the responsible departments and manage the problem solution.
- Fixing errors in the system or adapting the documentation.
- Acting as an external consultant to the client when interacting with external parties.
