Project Manager for Green Energy Performance Management - April 2024

Project description: Development / implementation of a performance management system at the client’s New Green Power & Gas department.
Tasks:

Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI.
Location: 100% remote, but occasional project meetings are planned in Düsseldorf.
Start: 15.04.2024
Duration: Till end of 2024
Capacity: Part-time (75%), 30h/week
Project description: Development / implementation of a performance management system at the client’s New Green Power & Gas department.
Tasks:
- Development and Implementation of tailor made KPIs for the future Performance Management System of the client’s New Green Power and Gas Project Portfolio In this regard
- Development of KPI concepts for the New Green Power and Gas Project Portfolio inclusive adjustments of existing KPI concepts
- Development and implementation of KPI data collection process & monthly update process KPI visualization via Power BI dashboards
- Development and Implementation of Monthly Performance Dialogues for various departments in the New Green Power and Gas aligned with the Performance Dialogue of overall New Green Power and Gas In this regard
- Develop proposal of tailor made Performance Dialogue concepts
- Implementation of concept based on tailor made dashbords and power point templates
- Monthly update of Performance Documents
- Consult in overall preparation of monthly Performance Dialogues including data collection and quality checks
- Project Management of a project to include controlling data from various sources into the reporting tool used for the monthly Performance dialogues
- Preparation, coordination and moderation and documentation of workshops to define needs, datastructure and project milestones
- Mapping of data from the source to the structure needed for the reporting withing the Performance Dialogue
- Consult in change processes to adapt existing reporting tool to the needs of New Green Power and Gas
- Preparation, coordination and moderation and documentation of workshops to define change needs
- Coordinate the correct implementation of need requests into the reporting tool
- Train New Green Power and Gas Team on correct use of updated reporting tool
Must have:
- Experience in performance and project management (at least 4-5 years of project experience!);
- KPI and dashboard must be known! Knowledge of German and English is required.
Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI.
