For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant Governance Overview

Description:

After successfully driving an off-shore program in SAP Application management area for a year, we would like to execute for of the yearly reviews of our governance model. This review requires a senior conceptional view on things as well as an ability to objectively & critically identify possible (hidden) gaps in the governance model. Very important is of course a proactive approach to potential improvements and their integration into the model.

Tasks:

Review current governance model
Evaluate gaps
Suggest improvements to the model
Integrate the improvements into the model

Activities:

Reporting (Incident, Change, Problem)
KPIs
Change requirement process
Capacity management of the supplier (skill management, turnover rates etc.)
Onboarding and offboarding process of the supplier resources
Communication: Stakeholders, channels, tools

Start: ASAP
