Static Stress Analysis Engineer - Airframe Structures

We are now on the lookout for a Static Stress Analysis Engineer for Airframe Structures.

What are we looking for?
  • Good experience in handling the Static Analysis of Primary and Secondary Airframe Metallic and Composite Structures such as Fuselage and  Wing
  • Good understanding of Aircraft Structures & Strength of Materials
  • Good understanding of Aircraft Loads & Applications
  • Experience in hand calculations using Bruhn, ESDU and other handbooks
  • Hands on Experience in FE analysis with Linear and Non-Linear models
  • Experience with AIRBUS programs would be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of different ISAMI static modules for Standalone, Batch and XL input run
  • Reserve Factor Mitigation Techniques as per AIRBUS standards 
  • Experience in analyzing Fuselage  Door Surround structures both metallic and composite materials
  • Experience in writing Stress Reports - Certification and Justification Reports
  • ACD4 /CSS 4 Sheets preparation
  • Experience in SAS (Static Analysis Sheet) would be an added advantage
  • Hands on Experience in FE Modeling (Stand alone and Integrated Models)
  • Should be able handle the problem independently and guide the team
  • Participate and support design and program reviews with customer/partner/suppliers
  • Good Communication skills - Handling Customer Meetings, Preparing MoM and Tracking
  • Technical Coordination between offshore and onsite team
  • Very good proficiency in German Language B2 level and above
Required skills:

Domain:          Aerospace –Static Stress Analysis
Tools:              Nastran/Patran, Hypermesh, Knowledge of CATIA V5, ISAMI, Excel VBA and MS Office Tools
Ideally 6 to 15 Years in Airframe Stress Analysis
