Lead Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Analyst - Airframe Structures

We are now on the lookout for 
  • Good Understanding of Aircraft Structures , Strength of Materials and Mechanics of Fatigue and Fracture
  • Experience in handling the Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Analysis of Primary and Secondary Airframe  Metallic and Composite Structures such as Fuselage and  wing
  • Good Knowledge of F&DT Analysis Techniques – 3D Joint, Part Heath, Fastener Fatigue and DTA
  • Experience in analyzing Fuselage Door Surrounds Structures both metallic and composite material
  • Experience in writing Stress Reports - Certification and Justification Reports
  • Experience with AIRBUS programs would be an added advantage
  • Reserve Factor Mitigation Techniques as per AIRBUS standards 
  • Good knowledge of different ISAMI Fatigue modules for Standalone, Batch and XL input run
  • ACD6 /CSS 6 Sheets preparation
  • Knowledge on AFI (AIRBUS Fatigue Index) would be an added advantage
  • Experience in FAS (Fatigue Analysis Sheet) would be an added advantage
  • Very good experience in Finite Element Analysis ( FEA )
  • Should be able Handle the Problem Independently and guide the team
  • Participate and support design and program reviews with customer/partner/suppliers
  • Good Communication skills - Handling Customer meetings, Preparing MoM and Tracking
  • Technical Coordination between offshore and onsite team
  • Very good proficiency in German Language B2 level and above
 Skills required:

Tools:               Nastran/Patran, Hypermesh, Knowledge of CATIA V5, MS Office, ISAMI Fatigue Modules
