Service Desk Engineer (Level I Support)

Location: Wolfsburg, Germany

​For one of our clients, we are now looking for a Service Desk Engineer. Please, check the requirements below:
  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in Help desk or Service desk or contact center handling IT application user calls and e- mails.
  • Creation of tickets through tools like HPSC, Service Now, BMC remedy.
  • Resolving of tickets referring to SOP (standard operating procedure documented or SKM databsae) by following up a step by step process. Managing requirements of first rate resolution KPIs.
  • High degree of communicaton and organization skills
  • Providing feedback to users on their ticket status.
  • Reassigning and managing various statuses of tickets within in SLA reaction time
  • Familiarity with IT application level 1 support in technologies Java, .Net and mainframe
  • Readiness to work in shifts
