For one of our clinets we are looking for an Operations Service Manager for Social Intranet (m/f)

Overview:
The client has recently migrated and upgraded their Social Collaboration Intranet called Ping from Coyo 3 to Coyo 4. As a result, there are a number of bugs and enhancements which need to be managed through to completion. In addition, upcoming releases/changes from Coyo need to be managed in close alignment with the business owner. The role also includes representing the client at Customer Forums and influencing others to support changes to the Coyo core product.

Project Description:
The role is for an Operations Service Manager for the internal social intranet of the client, 'Ping', based on SaaS solution from Coyo. The tasks also include gaining an in-depth understanding of the Coyo application at the client through high-level administration of the platform, capturing and understanding of user requirements, and user consulting.

Task:
  • Service Management Coordination including calls / jour fixes and future roadmaps in role as primary contact (key account) for Coyo
  • Coordination, Review and Development of Ping bugs and new functional requirements via a centrally managed list in close collaboration with business owner
  • Coordination and Support of Ping test Issues with Coyo to implement fixes into Live Environment in close collaboration with business owner
  • Coordination of Coyo deployments (incl. upfront information, go/no-go decision re Ping, prioritization of changes) with Coyo and business owner
  • Identifying and Development of Workarounds
  • Provide concept advice to end users and Stakeholders
  • Supporting Communication Concepts & Management
  • Supporting and contributing to the (external) Coyo user group/customer forum (incl. alignment on joint requirements towards Coyo, prioritization of change requests)
  • Service co-ordination of client Video based on Streamworld
  • Service co-ordination of client Websites
Language skills required: fluent English and German
Location: Düsseldorf (20% remote possible)
