For one of our clients we are looking for a Data Centre Consultant

Task Description:

Manage stakeholders and deliver to agreed schedule in an aggressive timescale is essential, as is the ability to produce regular tracking artefacts, heat maps, reports and communication updates appropriate to this role
Support and direct the analysis and verification of the project 'as is' IT landscape for the target systems, applications, data and/or services with the assigned project manager(s)
Identification of any change or gaps in the current understanding of the 'as is' landscape
Management of any arising needed change
Management of risks (etc)
Provide feedback on analysis conducted etc so as to steer further work activities in a cohesive manner
Align to cllient´s strategy, architecture, design and security standards
Validation of the 'to be' requirements to land the systems, application, data and/or services in a new hosting location
Define the migration plan of the identified infrastructure, systems and services into the new hosting environment with the suppliers to achieving the target timescales including their PMO functions
Engage with the business and communicate channels to share likely impact, moves, testing, etc for alignment of the target systems and services to support those responsible for achieving a successful sign-off
Manage change to scope, deliverables and/or budget under standard process project
Engage with other programme workstreams in order to successfully deliver the UK DC Exit
Collaborate with other projects towards achieving mutual objectives
