Senior Key Account Manager - permanent role

Your role
As part of our Communications, Media and Technology vertical, you will be engaged in helping us grow our business at our strategic clients in Germany as well as acquiring of new clients in the telecommunications industry.
 
Key responsibilities:
·        Acquire new clients
·        Identify opportunities within existing clients
·        Create sales strategies and sales plans
·        Execute and manage the account plan under the guidance of the client partner for “Communications, Media and Technology”
·        Strengthen existing client relationships
·        Participate in reviews for providing educated and relevant perspectives
·        Manage the initial delivery and the transition to the delivery team
·        Engage the relevant teams for solutions
·        Identify opportunities, make proactive proposals to clients in line with the account strategy
 
 
Your Profile:
·        Proven track record in sales and relationship management
·        Experience in selling technology services
·        Knowledge of IT application services, CRM systems or JAVA and testing tools
·        Understanding of challenges in digital transformation
·        Experience with revenue planning and profitability forecasting
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide
  • Established relationship network at telecommunication companies
  • Experience in large-scale consulting services would be preferable
