For one of our clients we are looking for a Siebel CRM Technical Lead.
We need somebody who can lead technically, understand the technical aspect of an issue or a problem, can cater to an improvement plan to enhance the service through innovation & automation (as part of business value adds) and guide the team accordingly
Target Of Task:
To offer strong LS domain knowledge and experience in AMS delivery environment.
- Application support span across Germany, Switzerland & Austria
- Apart from Production instance, support requires for other non-production environments as well (like Test, Training, Development, Test Maintenance, Development Maintenance)
- Make enhancement as well development releases (includes hyper-care support that requires close co-ordination with development team)
- Minor release in each month comprising of Bug Fixes and Small changes
- Siebel CSW (Configuration, Scripting & Workflow); EAI
- Secondary skill – Siebel EIM, Admin, Informatica
- Good spoken German
