For one of our clients we are looking for an Application Support Technician
We are looking for a Tech Support who is good at resolving technical issues, troubleshooting and can work with technical assistance as a team member.
Working with various tasks that can vary from day to day based on client needs and priorities. These tasks can vary between data input, troubleshooting, content management and more. Communication with our clients and their users are handled primarily through email or their task management system, in written English.

- Deploy new content on an almost daily basis
- Assist 3rd parties in troubleshooting their integration towards our systems.
- Support markets all around the world with questions and errors that they might find.
- Work preemptively to locate and fix gaps in our lineup to secure a good user experience.
- Bring your unique skill set and become an important part of an agile, multidisciplinary team, where you'll collaborate to bring about shared goals.
Nice to have: experience of Azure cloud hosting, Sitecore editing, using Fiddler/Cloudshark to analyze web/server traffic, experience with all major browsers (Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox), Jira, experience from a task management system (TMS). Understanding how to setup a development environment.
