Project Description:
- Creation of a new IT Cost Model 2.0 for projects and products
- Increase cost transparancy
- Enablement of cost management options
- Use of standard SAP ERP functionalities
- Direct cost steering on cost centers, WBS elements, internal orders
- Conceptional development of an SAP based cost flow system for IT service solutions (IT products / IT projects)
- Evaluation of technical options with internal consultants
- Evaluation of applicability of different options for primary cost bookings / split bookings and cost flows (e.g. provider contracts)
- General project management as well as in documentation of the specification
