For one of our clients we are looking for a Transformation/Journey Lead - Company Pension
Provide specialized knowledge & experience of German Pensions (company pension “Unterstützungskasse”, “Direktzusage”, “Pensionskasse” and “Direktversicherung”) to act as Quality Assurance for Solution Design & Implementation
Responsibility of the staffing, training and knowledge transfer plans.
Work as SME and support the implementation between Subcontracting Party (pension provider and payroll provider), Customer & Supplier, Go Live & Stabilization.
German speaking person preferred, but english is also mandatory.
Knowledge in German tax rules and regulations for company pension is necessary
Knowledge in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors would be of advantage.
