Tasks:
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Berlin
Tasks:
- Provide specialized knowledge & experience of German Pensions (company pension “Unterstützungskasse”, “Direktzusage”, “Pensionskasse” and “Direktversicherung”) to act as Quality Assurance for Solution Design & Implementation
- Responsibility of the staffing, training and knowledge transfer plans.
- Work as SME and support the implementation between Subcontracting Party (pension provider and payroll provider), Customer & Supplier, Go Live & Stabilization.
- German speaking person preferred, but english is also mandatory.
- Knowledge in German tax rules and regulations for company pension is necessary
- Knowledge in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors would be of advantage.
