For one of our clients we are looking for a Comms, Change & Adoption Manager DWP (Digital Workplace)
 
Project Description:
 
The Digital Workplace program within the client’s organization has a requirement for Change Management Communications Manager who can lead and support the MyDWP communications work stream. The project will deliver a digital workplace solution. The program will follow a cloud first approach and devices and rollouts will focus on removing complexity whilst providing a leading and fully supportable tool set. The project is expected to run until the middle of 2019. This project will be managed by the client and delivered with the help of trusted outsourced partners, and will report into the overarching IT Line of Business.

Task Description:
 

• Manage and support the workstream “Management of Change”
• Provide concepts and procedures to identify tangible business changes based on IT
  projects
• Establish standardized communication concepts to communicate the business-change to
  the business regarding format, channels and content
• Consolidate all workplace related tools and existing projects into a business change
  communication concept for the “Digital Workplace”
• Engage with all Uniper business stakeholders and to communicate the business change
  for the “Digital Workplace”
• Engage with all project leads to establish a joint approach to feed a central communication
  based on de-central project related content
• Project management for service and process setup incl. tracking and monitoring of
  deadlines, appointments and content of progress
• The neutral preparation of escalations / decision
• Change Management and communication of the relevant milestones, deadlines and risks
