For one of our clients we are looking for a Cloud Security Consultant

Project Description:

The current project is on migration of applications into Cloud environments (incl. Azure Public Cloud). These migrations are supported by the Cloud Management Center (CMC).
In order to ensure that all required security controls are implemented and all activities are compliant, the project needs a expert in Cloud Security and Compliance to manage necessary steps towards this goal.
The overall project has started in 2016 and will continue in 2019.

Tasks:

Develop and enforce the Cloud Security Standards for the client
Design and implement Data Security controls and internal governance
Examine cloud related information security risks and support the definition of mitigation plans
Support development of Cloud security controls to meet Internal Compliance Control Framework requirements
Support definition and design of process documentation to meet compliance controls framework requirements
Review of existing process documentation and provide proposal to improve
Support the defining of security guidelines for application migration to ensure a compliant migration process
Develop cloud security training and awareness in collaboration with Information Security Awareness Manager
Implementation and update of internal controls in Cloud Management

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with several years of working experience
Security Certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Cloud Security Professional, CompTIA Cloud+)
Microsoft Cloud Azure Certification
Experience in conducting IT Security Audits
Knowledge about ITIL, COBIT, ISO 270001 and general Information Security Management Systems
Fluent German and English language skills (C1)
Working in cross divisional teams
Good implementation skills
Team player with good communication skills

Start: January 2019
Duration: Düsseldorf (up to 40% remote possible)
Duration: 6 months+
