For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Analyst

Role Overview:

Tasks:

Requirement Gathering
- Gather customer requirements, translate into stories, discuss with tech about possibilities, design agreement
- Close cooperation with product owner at the customer
- Discussion with the business stakeholder of the customer
Sprint
- Lead for sprint ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Review
- Requirement clarification with own developers and QA
- Daily Stand-ups with customers
Training
- Onsite and remote training for authors of the AEM environment (including Travel worldwide)
Content Workshops
- Workshops with the client to discuss what is possible with the current solution and what needs to be redeveloped, effective use of existing features
Content Strategy
- How can already existing content be integrated into the page? How should a page structure be customized.
Integration of external systems
- Connection via Mulesoft API (knowledge about APIs in general High Level helpful)
- Product Information Management (PIM) integration (knowledge about database, preferences, product catalogs helpful)
- Veeva (Software) - Process / Approval Software - Knowledge about Process / Flows / helpful
Other tools / projects for the customer
- There are always small projects in addition to where we record the requirements, the technical possibilities check, make offers, etc. So someone from the field BA with a little technology background helpful.
- Further topics are on the agenda, therefore quick understanding of requirements, backgrounds, etc.
