Service Desk Engineer - February 2019

For one of our clients we are looking for a Service Desk Engineer

Role:
  • IT service desk (call acceptance and dispatching via OTRS, support and problem solving by telephone and remote maintenance)
  • Field Service: Correcting errors and faults in IT workstation systems, 1st and 2nd level
  • Change management (IT relocations)
  • Advice and support of customers on site
  • Collaboration / support for small projects
Knowledge required:
  • Microsoft Operating System
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Skype4Business
  • Exchange
  • Intune
  • Cloud services
  • Apple OS
  • LAN WAN, WLAN services
  • Printer Services
  • SharePoint
Your background:
  • Completed IT training or studies
  • 5 plus years of professional experience in complex IT infrastructures and having worked in a similar role
  • Participation in on-call services outside standard working hours
  • Able to work in a team, communicative, committed, customer-oriented
  • Good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written
  • Knowledge of methods, processes and techniques based on ITIL
  • Structured way of working
