Role:
- IT service desk (call acceptance and dispatching via OTRS, support and problem solving by telephone and remote maintenance)
- Field Service: Correcting errors and faults in IT workstation systems, 1st and 2nd level
- Change management (IT relocations)
- Advice and support of customers on site
- Collaboration / support for small projects
Knowledge required:
- Microsoft Operating System
- Microsoft Office 365
- Skype4Business
- Exchange
- Intune
- Cloud services
- Apple OS
- LAN WAN, WLAN services
- Printer Services
- SharePoint
Your background:
- Completed IT training or studies
- 5 plus years of professional experience in complex IT infrastructures and having worked in a similar role
- Participation in on-call services outside standard working hours
- Able to work in a team, communicative, committed, customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written
- Knowledge of methods, processes and techniques based on ITIL
- Structured way of working
