Project overview:
The client is implementing a Smart Packaging project and formulated with the goal of accelerating digital product activation across different brands. The project will design and deploy a digital consumer experience triggered by an on-product tag, chosen by brand and segment. This tag-on will enable direct connection between the brand and the consumers, including a QR code and the capture of first party (CRM) data. The project will be conducted over 1 year, from design and development to the conclusion of the in-market Pilot and will include 5Pilot brands and products.

Tasks:
- Customer Journey Definition and documentation
- KPI Reporting
- Customer Journey and CVR Consultancy
- Contributes to the creation of innovative, consistent, integrated solutions to improve business practices, processes, sales, efficiencies or effectiveness.
- Creates and updates communication collateral (newsletters, social media, website etc.)
- Exploits all communication channels.
- Translates communication into different media for different audiences.
- Converts technical information into audience appropriate communication
