- Identify Communication principles
- Develop communication principles
- Assign potential communication principles to EA Stakeholders
- Concept phase
- To-Be Vision
- Develop to-Be Vision and Implementation Strategy
- Work out potential To-Be Visions
- Work out Implementation Strategy and Implementation Roadmap
- Develop 1st awareness campaigns and Templates
- Develop DRAFT awareness campaigns & Templates
- Finetune Templates after feedback with EA Management
- Identify 1st stakeholder specific communication touch points
- Develop Stakeholder touchpoints and assign awareness campaigns
- Develop Training Material and Training Concept
- Implementation in 2019
- Develop detailled implementation plan and present to EA Management
- Consult EA Team with introduction of new EA Communication: - Template Introductions - Training Sessions - Awareness Campaigns
