For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Process Manager - Transport planning and execution (OTM)

Job description: 

Drive the implementation of Transport planning and execution processes in Europe for the following modes of transport
  1. Parcel for DC Halstenbek, Westerlo, Ressons, Schweden and Környe
  2. Road at DC Boenen, Darex
 
Business rollout of OTM-based Parcel and Road freight process.

The project has the following milestones resulting in deliverables for BPM:
  • Analysis & Design
    • Analyze business processes
    • Business Process Design
    • Design process solution with reference to Logistic Execution (LE) processes
  • UAT preparation and execution
    • Coordination of test case definition
    • Preparation of test cases in SAP System
    • Coordination of test case execution
    • Consult in local change Management
  • Training
    • Training of LE Key Users in Parcel transport processes
    • Training of LE Key Users in Road transport processes
  • cut-over consulting
    • Prepare cut-over plan
    • Coordination and execution of business-related cut over activities
    • Master data migration
  • Go-Live:
    • Sign-off / Acceptance of cut-over plan    Sign-Off Document for Go-live
    • Manage and consult first postings                         
    • Analyze and monitor Go-live evaluation
  • Hypercare consulting
    • Retraining of Key users in case of user handling problems
    • Identifying and documenting of process and system  problems
    • Initiating and coordination the problem resolution
    • Consult in local change Management
    • Adjustments of scope (need to be defined)
  • Knowledge Transfer and Handover to Maintenance:
    • Create handover documents KT Document
    • Update of process and system documentation
    • Explain new/changed processes
