Project description:
The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone. The client uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and upcoming Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2019 and 2020. The client created detailed requirement documents for the recruitment module. The project has the purpose to replace the client’s current recruitment solution with the Cornerstone Cloud Recruitment solution.

Duration: 4 months+
Location: Düsseldorf (up to 90% remote possible)

Task description:
- Configuration of Recruitment module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for the client based on the requirement documents
- Document successful test of recruitment configuration in Pilot Environment
- Document CSOD recruitment module configuration
- Configure CSOD Recruitment Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from Pilot environment
- Document successful test of recruitment configuration in Production Environment
- Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Recruitment Module for the client
- The service of the contractor has the goal to fully implement the requirements of recruitment in the client's CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
