Authorization Support (HCM) - April
Düsseldorf, GermanyFor one of our clients in Düsseldorf we’re looking for a freelance Authorization Support (HCM):
Description:
Project start: 19.04.2020
Project duration: 8+ months
Project location: Düsseldorf (100% remote during quarantine, after that 90% remote)
Project language: English and German
Project capacity: 16 hrs./week
Description:
- SAP HCM Authorization Management in SAP ERP, SAP BW (analysis authorizations) & SAP CRM EIC):
- Create new authorizations based on concept and naming conventions of the SAP systems above based on
- HR specific authorization objects as defined in the authorization concept;
- SU24 (authorization default values) to maintain standards established in the concept;
- Adapt existing authorisztions to be in line with the requirements of the applications;
- Create new authorizations based on concept and naming conventions of the SAP systems above based on
- Authorization Management in Cornerstone (Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Create new security roles with application specific permissions
- Adapt existing security roles to be in line with the requirements of the applications
- Check data quality of existing authorizations/security roles in the three SAP systems/Cornerstone:
- Analyze existing authorizations and identify errors in their content;
- Check naming conventions against developments in the system;
- Document & knowledge transfer to the client:
- Document developments from enhancements to enable knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders;
