Project description:
A new FTTH line provider shall be attached to TEF IT to enable the marketing of fibre based products. To get this done:
* interfaces for availablity checks need to be developed
* processes and interface for ordering, provisioning, deprovisiong and troubleshooting need to be developed
There will be essential functional enhancements to applications MCE, Salcus, Com, SOM, DPM implemented.

- Planning, controlling and monitoring of software deliveries in the project "FibreCo"
- Project management of the IT part:
- Planning, controlling and monitoring of software deliveries in the project "FibreCo"
- Project management of the IT part:
- Project scope: Development of the detailed project goals as well as planning and implementation of all Measures to achieve the project objectives.
- Project plan: creation and monitoring of the project plan
- Project budget: Control of the defined project budget
- Close monitoring of project progress. Early and proactive initiation of countermeasures as soon as target achievement is in jeopardy.
- Planning and controlling of scope, budget and timeline regarding the implementation of new functionalities based on the milestones defined in the SRs
