We are looking for a Project Manager with demonstrated experience and track record in managing architecture transformations in enterprises. The Program lead will be part of a program driving large scale architecture transformation of shared domains for B2C/B2P and B2B stacks. Besides Architecture Transformation, Cloudification and Technology modernization a new way of working for scaled agility organization will be implemented The program is executed in collaboration with two central partner for transformation delivery.

We are looking for a Project Manager with demonstrated experience and track record in managing architecture transformations in enterprises. The Program lead will be part of a program driving large scale architecture transformation of shared domains for B2C/B2P and B2B stacks. Besides Architecture Transformation, Cloudification and Technology modernization a new way of working for scaled agility organization will be implemented The program is executed in collaboration with two central partner for transformation delivery.
The roles and responsibilities
- Management of program streams for the blueprinting and implementation of common service
- Management of teams made up of employees from Telefonica’s Technology, Business organization and implementation partner
- Ensure alignment and co-operation over streams with effective project organization and governance
- Provide guidance as well as creativity and hands-on support to the Technical Leads in various transformation domains such as Blueprinting, Cloudification to ensure the overall transformation targets are achieved
- Ensure planned streams are delivered on time with the planned value add
- Manage effective communication with all partners and stakeholders (Technology, Finance , Business, Partner etc.)
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between the different transformation projects
- Create senior management reports, decision paper and briefings
- Maintain a managed view of the risks and issues which may impact the success of the project, ensuring they are identified, evaluated and mitigated
- 5 to 10 years of practical experience in technology and telecommunication transformation and/or digitalization projects
- Determined, structured and strong in implementation
- Motivating and solution-oriented way of working
- Communicative and empathic
- Complexity affine, pro-active and flexible
- Desire for agile and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Good written and spoken German and English
