Project description:
The project has the aim to remove the PKI token (used for singing, authentication and encryption) from the client. In order to achieve this the project needs to provide clear guidance to stakeholders and proper communication to end-users. As part of the replacement we need to mange technical dependencies, advertise existing replacing technologies and expand the capabilities for Adobe Sign. The project will support stakeholders to migrated their dependencies and solve them. Alongside with that we will develop and implement a long term archiving solution in order to stay compliant with regulatory requirements. To fulfill some remaining requirements we will implement also a small scale new PKI modern solution. Alongside the project implementation we will also continue to deliver smaller improvements to the PKI landscape until we can switch it off. The initiative is a multiyear project spanning from 2021 to 2023.

Task description
- Signature (Adobe Sign) Consultant
- User management:
- Management of user access and permissions in Adobe Sign
- Responding to email questions and SNow tickets, providing professional consultation as third level support for users
- Provide training to enable business users to migrate their webforms to Adobe Sign. For that purpose training material needs to be created. The basis for this will be provided by Adobe with their Adobe Sign online documentation and as well the consultants own knowledge and experience. Training material will be signed off by the client before a first training will be conducted.
On average we expect one training session per week, only remotely. English is mandatory and German would be a big bonus for us. - Capture common issues and questions and use to update/improve training and Signature community material on Ping (Intranet) and Teams. The client will sign off the updates.
- Provide professional consultation for the migration of webforms as well as performing migration activities. Requirements for this will be provided from process owners and application managers. The client will provide an ordering process for internal users and based those orders the consultant can start. After this has been delivered The client will sign off the delivered work.
Communication related: - Create, maintain and actively promote the Signature Teams community to internal stakeholders via E-Mail, Intranet, Teams-Meetings, during training sessions and in Teams Group discussions.
