Project description:
The project has the purpose to enhance the SAP APO SNP Henkel customized planning function and to activate the SNP tool globally. The focus areas of the project are:
Tasks:

Location: 75% remote, 25% onsite in Düsseldorf

Project description:
The project has the purpose to enhance the SAP APO SNP Henkel customized planning function and to activate the SNP tool globally. The focus areas of the project are:
- Design and implement a Phase in – Phase out process for material lifecycle integrated in DP/SNP planning modules. This project focus in the SNP application.
- Design and implement dynamic forecast horizon calculation to take some specific cases as dynamic safety stock or calendars closures
- Design technical concept to exclude Sales order placed in non-relevant MRP storage locations in APO SNP planning
- Advance and improve Alerts in SNP. Henkel has the intent to enhance these further to the needs of the Henkel A business.
Tasks:
- Writing concepts and detailed FDs (functional design) and TDs (technical design) for the following business process requirements with the aspect of later technical implementation in SAP APO SNP
- Design and implement a Phase in – Phase out process for material lifecycle integrated in DP/SNP planning modules. This project focus in the SNP application.
- Design and implement dynamic forecast horizon calculation to take some specific cases as dynamic safety stock or calendars closures
- Design technical concept to exclude Sales order placed in non-relevant MRP storage locations in APO SNP planning
- Advance and improve Alerts in SNP. Henkel has the intent to enhance these further to the needs of the Henkel A business.
- Deliver the technical implementation in cooperation with assigned developers, where ABAP programming is needed. The resource must have profound knowledge of SAP APO customization and Macro language programming. Provide proof of delivery via unit and integration test documentation.
- Implementing functional additions as provided before. All technical implementation necessary except ABAP programming has to be provided by the contractor.
- Independently create proof of delivery via unit and integration test documentation. The documentation standard will be provided by Henkel in advance and Henkel will sign off the test documents for the proof of delivery.
- Delivery of final technical documentation after the user acceptance test approval.
- The UAT will be conducted by the Henkel process owners, supply planners and network specialists from the Henkel supply chain. The documentation standard will be provided by Henkel in advance and Henkel will sign off the test documents for the proof of delivery.
- Handover to the application maintenance team and Henkel internal technical team by independently organising a hand over sessions and technical explanation of the implemented solution.
- The contractor must deliver the documentation for the technical implementations. Henkel will review the scope and quality of the documentation.
