For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant for Job role evaluation using the Hay method

Project name:
B&L Merge – Job Evaluation Level 5-7

Project description:
The service is requested as part of the B&L Merge – Job Evaluation Level 5-7 project. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the positions at level 5-7 (approx. 600) of the new consumer brands organizations using the Hay method. The service of the external contractor is provided according to an agile working method.

Tasks:
  • Independent implementation of approx. 600-700 job evaluations for level 5-7 positions of the new HCB organization based on the Hay method;
  • Position information is not yet available and must be collected iteratively with the Global Organizational Effectiveness Team and the responsible HR BP's;
  • The job evaluations are to be carried out for 9 defined areas of the company:
    • Region NA
    • Region of Asia
    • Region of high growth
    • EU region
    • supply chain
    • R&D
    • GC Hair
    • GC LHC
    • Finance
  • One HR BP is available for each division as a direct contact person who is available for questions about evaluations;
  • Position assessments that have been carried out should be discussed with the HRC team before being communicated to the responsible HR BPs.
