Project description: Regulatory changes have to be implemented twice a year in our sales backoffice landscape. Based on publications of BDEW and DEVGW the changes have to be described in terms of new and changed business requirements and mapped against the SAP IS-U inherent process integration. The resulting delta has to be assessed and used as the basis for a technical change implementation project.

Project description: Regulatory changes have to be implemented twice a year in our sales backoffice landscape. Based on publications of BDEW and DEVGW the changes have to be described in terms of new and changed business requirements and mapped against the SAP IS-U inherent process integration. The resulting delta has to be assessed and used as the basis for a technical change implementation project.
Task description:
- Assess publications related to regulatory changes from BDEW and DVGW.
- Describe new and changed business requirements, interview business and IT experts
- Map new requirements against the working business processes and against SAP standards
- Plan a change scope based on the new requirements
- Consult IT department on the creation of IT concepts for an integration into SAP IS-U
- Check the quality of IT delivery on a regular basis, aim for a good communication between business and IT
- Document future state of processes to prepare integration into the process framework of CO
- Prepare all documentation in adjustment with the demands of the the client project toolbox and store them on the project sharepoint which will be provided from IT
- Identify further potential for process optimization. After validation from Business Solution and Business users the identified potential will be considered as potential scope for the next phase of Regulatory Changes
- Consultation for related IT-developments/change request management
- Test IT-delivery and new/changed processes prior to business hand-over. Decisions about necessity for retest or handling of time delay will be addressed from test- and defect manager within the project
- Consult business user during Go-Live and aftercare
- Steer and check delivery in terms of quality, time and budget restraints by consulting the IT Project lead
- Good understanding of the SAP IS-U Integration
- Focus on Market Communication for German Sales
- Knowledge and experience with IDEX/Common Layer, EDM, FI-CA, INVMON
- Knowledge of Processing IDE-Formats (UTILMD, MSCONS, INVOIC, REMADV etc.)
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills in german and english
