For one of our clients we’re looking for a freelance Tableau Consultant: Project description:
This is a redesign project to improve the performance of existing dashboards. The initial load time for few of the dashboards is high and redesigning of dashboard is required to load the dashboard within agreed timeline.
Main tasks of the role: To lead the team for re-Designing the Tableau dashboards to bring best practices, best of class value w.r.t best intuitive design, performance. Currently we have team of 7 team members.
Must have skills:
Ability to lead re-Design the Tableau dashboards to bring best practices, best of class value w.r.t best intuitive design, performance.
Optimize existing Tableau dashboards- tune performance of slow running applications, identify opportunities for improvement and implement those leveraging Industry best practices.
Expertise in advanced concepts in Tableau to build complex dashboards with complex business rules
Experience of leading large Technology team in a vendor eco system and managing customer expectation directly providing right consulting value.
Fluent English
Nice to Have:
Knowledge in Life Sciences Domain and suggest relevant key performance indicators upon analysing business needs
Excellent DW knowledge with strong experience in major cloud-based Data warehouse technologies like Snowflake and AWS.
Experience of Agile development methodology and principles. Must have hands-on on Jira
Experience in migration of dashboards and reports from legacy databases to cloud-based data warehouses
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex & large datasets into meaningful insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to thoroughly yet concisely explain:
Business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to non-technical resources
Desire to work in fast-paced, team-oriented, loosely-structured environment
Technical concepts and analytics-driven findings
