Communication specialist for training and Communication strategy - October 2022

For one of our clients we are looking for Communication specialist for training and Communication strategy

  • Digital Creation E2E is a digital transformation project at adidas aiming to digitize the product creation area.
  • Creation processes, historically driven in a physical way, will be digitized, and transformed into 3D Creation processes.
  • As part of the project Digital Creation E2E, adidas plans to create and execute a Communication Strategy around the program which feeds into the upskilling of the organization in the area of 3D creation.
  • This includes, among other things, the further development of a Communication Strategy with the purpose of upskilling the organization in 3D Creation.
  • For strategic reasons, adidas has decided to have the concepting & execution of a Training & Communication Strategy created entirely by external providers, as adidas does not have suitable resources and expertise in the field of Communications for this internally. Because of this, the contractor holds a unique position and provides significantly different services than the internal staff.

  • Creation of a Communications framework, outlining communication content, communication calendar, technical (platform) setup & tasks, based on the contractor’s expertise and experience
  • Design of Comms templates for Email, SharePoint & ppt. Slides in format of templates given by adidas in advance.
  • Collection of content (new functionalities, status updates, major events) from DCE2E stakeholders from the areas of APP (Apparel Design) & FTW (Footwear Design) Creation, GTM Hub (Go to market hub), Digital Showroom, Tech & Concept Management. After content collection, the results will be uploaded into sharepoint.
  • Communication of the project via intranet site so that news, events, training materials & contacts are updated at all times. Requirements: program calendar and all events happening around the program need to be made accessible via the program calendar

Start: ASAP
Location: 30% onsite in Herzogenaurach / 70% remote
Duration: till end of 2022
