The Project “BIAS Innovation and Run” is covering the development, implementation, integration, testing, maintenance and support (functional and technical) for the cloud-based SAP and Non-SAP Systems within Uniper. The Corporate IT BIAS team (in Support & Cross Functions) is responsible for providing innovative digital solutions that deliver business-critical information and reports on demand allowing the Uniper Business to make up to-the-minute, informed decisions. The aim of this project is to provide ongoing responsibilities for the Business Intelligence and Archiving Solutions (BIAS,) in which many SAP and non-SAP systems are managed for the operational side, and to provide innovations in the same area.

Project description:

Task descriptions
- Consultation regarding Technical Solutions most suitable for the client’s SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) system and SAP Business Objects system based on business requirements which are requested via ServiceNow (SNOW) or SAP Solution Manager from the business. Clarification of the requirements can be conducted with the business using O365 tools. All solutions will be signed off by the client business.
- Managing new or changed solutions from SAP and non-SAP source systems into SAC and SAP Business Objects based on business requirements which are requested via ServiceNow (SNOW) or SAP Solution Manager. Clarification of the requirements can be conducted with the business using O365 tools. Consulting the external partners of the client for the implementation of these changes. These changes/ enhancements will be in the SAC development scheme including objects/ technologies such as Stories/ Dashboard/ Modelling/ Planning. All solutions will be signed off by the client business; frequency: irregular, depending on business demand.
- Service Management – Creation/ management of SAP Incidents logged via SAP One Launchpad ticketing system only.
- SAC System and SAP Business Objects System Application Management - managing the tasks for Application Management using MS Sharepoint and in places MS DevOps.
- Cloud Management - Consulting SAP regarding implementation of patches / upgrades / security notes using SAP One Launchpad ticketing system for the SAC system and SAP Business Objects System. Provide all recommendations to the client’s Application Manager whose responsibility is to consult with the client’s IT partner’s for implementation via O365 Tools.
- Role Management – Creation and management of SAC Roles including administration, authorisations in collaboration with the client IT’s Security Policy which will be provided to the consultant.
