Agile Lead/Change Manager - April 2023

Our client Telefonica is a leading telecommunications services provider. They are currently executing the challenging RAITT program and are in need of a driven, ambitious and relentless Agile Lead/Change Manager who can help them transition from a Waterfall to an Agile organization and spearhead change among different stakeholders (Partners / supplier / outsourcers).
Tasks:
Duration: 3 months++
Location: remote, occasional onsite in Munich, to be billed separately

They are currently executing the challenging RAITT program and are in need of a driven, ambitious and relentless Agile Lead/Change Manager who can help them transition from a Waterfall to an Agile organization and spearhead change among different stakeholders (Partners / supplier / outsourcers).
Tasks:
- Acts as lead who drives the transformation into an agile Shared Domains organization embedded in RAITT.
- Defines the roadmap of the WoW transformation within Shared Domains in close cooperation with SD Program Management and its Partners.
- For this, a high level of knowledge and experience with scaled agile/hybrid working models is mandatory.
- Helping SD Program Management and its stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
- Sets targets for specific agile change steps (in terms of time and content, because he has the experience mentioned above).
- Suggests concrete improvement measures for the agile way of working, plans these with the WoW team (in terms of time and content) and coordinates their implementation with the WoW team.
- Creates a clear framework for measuring, reporting, tracking activities around the agile way of working.
- Leads the transformation work with all involved parties (domains, MM/BM, program managers, SD project managers, JRS Coordinators, SD WoW team) to deliver in time, quality and value add
- Drives issues forward, defines priorities to ensure deliverables with value add and in time
