Project description:
- As part of the client’s continuous improvement culture the project “Performance Management System GT and S&B” revamps the Close Loop Management Systems for our Gas-Turbine and Steam & Biomass fleets. This includes the definition of operational KPI’s, the design of performance boards and performance dialogues.
- This will enhance and increase the level of transparency and control over operational processes, inputs, outputs and results, on powerplant as well as on fleet level. The revamped design and definitions will be the base for further automatization. For the performance dialogues a renewed TOM (Target Operating Model) needs to be setup, tested and implemented.
Tasks:
- Provide technical consultancy regarding the future revamped Performance Management System (PMS), KPI definition and TOM, including roles, responsibilities and processes.
Tasks included will be:
- Provide technical consultancy to key stakeholders on the PMS and TOM, to check if they aligned and fully agreed.
- Define, detail and implement processes (incl. reporting and escalation), which are identified and prioritized within the project. The client provides final sign off before implementation.
- Provide technical consultancy to the responsible Project Manager for steering the implementation of the revamped PMS and TOR.
- Monitor and follow-up regarding the identified work packages and tasks of the PMS and TOR and take corrective actions when necessary.
- In general share best practices and insights from former projects.
Required skills:
- Experience in Performance Management Systems
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- German knowledge
- Experience in the energy industry
