Project description:
The objective of Contract and IT Sourcing Management is to source all relevant IT-Services that are to be provided from the client IT’s Strategic Suppliers, ensuring budget adherence and fulfillment of the supplier’s obligations. In this context, the Financial Management Team is acting as a bridging function, ensuring transparent and aligned cost management for IT infrastructure run cost.

  • Manage the invoice & volume verification process for dedicated service areas in daily business, and keep the overall transparency and documentation on actual spend and invoices up to date.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure a mutual understanding of relevant data and support with consumption analysis for infrastructure services.
  • Define measures on how to further standardize and stabilize the regular commercial & consumption communication with key stakeholders (Budget Owner, IT Service Owners, Contract Managers, the client’s IT Lines of Business, Procurement, Controlling)
  • Verify volume and cost related planning activities (esp. forecasting- and mid-term planning) on how these processes can be further standardized and stabilized
  • Continuously optimize the current process management of hardware assets planning and commercials
  • Optimize and standardize the invoice planning overview and aligned processes by maintaining a transparent purchase order overview, and tracking file for the status of invoices
  • Verify and optimize the current volume verification process to increase transparency on invoice verification
  • Ensure a strong stakeholder management and raising efficiency by harmonizing all Financial Management processes
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Power BI for the drill-down into deviation commenting between cost forecasts
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management as well as finance management
  • Strong analytical
  • Experience in working and managing complex environments
  • Strong technical skills in MS office and relevant MS tools (Office, PowerBI) for process management
  • Fluent English
  • German is nice to have

Project location: Hannover (1 onsite meeting per week, otherwise remote)
