Overview:
- The person will work in a typical agile environment following agile and scrum principles, (bi-weekly or 3 weekly sprint cycles, pre-refinement and refinements of Epics and User stories out of backlog, feature development, demos) applied by dedicated scrum teams combined from Business and Technical program resources, meaning a product-led way of working for Product Assets Management, Marketing Content Assets Management, Campaign Assets Management and Transition/horizontal product capabilities.
- On the product capability of Collaboration Management Digital Assets, Adobe Workfront configuration will be required. The contractor will organize a dedicated process configuration scope.
- Dedicated creation of Training Material, as well as training sessions, will be conducted based on program timelines following certain peak times of launch preparation, launch itself or hypercare for post launch activities and by the appointed contractor.
- The services will be coordinated iteratively between the parties within the framework of sprint meetings and implemented independently by the contractor within the sprints following the sprint meetings or dedicated operational processes for business service management (1st and 2nd level).
- The Contractor will check before each sprint meeting, based on its professional opinion/skills, which individual services it considers appropriate and feasible within the scope of its commissioning in the respective sprint.
- Except sprint ceremonies, weekly review meetings will be conducted to look at program streams holistically and dedicated work packages will be presented by the external support person.
- The contractor will take the role of an experienced Specialist applying Adobe expertise as well as acting as Product Owner in an independent sphere. Knowledge transfer sessions to internal adidas team (Product Owners) will have to be conducted towards the end of the assignment.
- The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the contractor:
Tasks:
- Completion business tickets or processes related questions within a dedicated area applying Adobe tool (AEM & Workfront) specific first and second level expertise.
- Requirements engineering & process assessment considering adidas internal stakeholder out of dedicated areas (business process owner) combined with dedicated user story creation (refinement ready)
- Creation of Digital Assets Analytics user stories, in the sense of insights on asset usage, re-usage, performance reporting, top, flop assets. (following dedicated requirements engineering with dedicated business stakeholders translating into use cases for an Asset Analytics Engine)
- Testing execution of new business functionality developed within Nova DAM solution. In case an issue occurs the contractor will raise to the scrum master and development team to correct and allow for retesting afterwards.
- Adobe Workfront process configuration based on defined process design shared upfront.
- Creation of training material including on demand training sessions as recordings, as well as execution of instructor-led training sessions based on the contractor’s expertise.
- High-lighting and mitigation of potential program risks considering respective work packages of the contractor to be raised in the weekly risk meeting which will be added in respective Jira tool by adidas internal program manager and assigned to the external for mitigation.
- Independent maintenance and documentation of work and progress in respective Jira and confluence tools, as well as on weekly reporting (milestones, user story creation, requirements engineering)
Goals:
- Completion of work packages, use cases or user stories to be handed over to the development team contributing to the acceleration delivery of Nova Program
- Drive business adaption of newly launched product capabilities of Nova enterprise DAM solution
- Solid documentation of work and creation of meaningful training materials which is upskilling adidas internal team and DAM stakeholders on Adobe AEM and Workfront knowledge.
- Completion of business tickets and assessment of new demand topics raised by business stakeholders of Nova DAM platform (Adobe AEM and Workfront)
- Apply Adobe expertise with specific knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe AEM allowing the freelancer to act as proxy PO ensuring delivery of specific packages/functionalities required for the program.
