Project description:
The client will provide all necessary products, sketches, project plan, information, contact details, documents, access to relevant systems and all other requirements in advance.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external:
Deliver 8 Jacket of production quality. To support the testing team to accurately prove the hypothesis.
Timelines:
The following timelines are to be adhered to by the external during the performance of the service:
8 outdoor jackets (4 male, 4 female) to be finished ready to be taken for field testing by EOD Friday the 16th of February
Start Date: 05.02.2024
End Date: 16.02.2024
Work Location: Herzogenaurach (100% onsite)
Project description:
- Short description of the project: Outdoor Layering Concept for Trail Running
- The project has the purpose to prove a benefit for the Trail running customer to be more comfortable with the varying fluctuations of temperature
The client will provide all necessary products, sketches, project plan, information, contact details, documents, access to relevant systems and all other requirements in advance.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external:
- Compliance with all operating instructions and work safety regulations in the general handling and operation of all available machines.
- Compliance with adidas internal standards and processes.
- Ensure the measurement accuracy of all samples for the Sample Studio within provided production tolerances.
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with the respective interface regarding sample creation and execution.
- Creation of small series to support the development process taking into account the production execution.
- Production of prototypes etc. according to the specifications of the interface and project management team with the help of processing specifications / article description.
- Implementation, operation and handling of in-house sewing and gluing techniques.
- Advise and provide guidance to pattern engineers, product developers and design partners on processing variations and product-specific solutions during the development process.
