For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager for Treasury systems release upgrade

Project name: Release Upgrade Wallstreet Suite Version 8 – Front Office Implementation

Project description: The client is implementing the current version 8 of the central treasury management system WSS (Wallstreet Suite). As part of the project, it is necessary to design the current processes in the front office (general, collateral, guarantee) and treasury middle office or market risk area and implement them in the system.

  • Creation of task packages based on the defined project goal and the project documents provided, which are made available in advance. Adaptation of work packages based on information received from project management and workstream leads about changes in the project documents.
  • Planning and controlling dependencies based on the project documentation
  • Identification of risks and problems based on your own observations and project documents as well as initiation of suitable countermeasures based on your own assessment, experience and know-how.
  • Preparation of weekly project status report according to the template provided by the client, including a presentation of the risks and issues identified in the above task. Present this to the client so that they can make the final decision on the next step of the project.
  • Develop a detailed project plan and present it to client for approval.
  • Create a plan for allocating project resources, including personnel and materials, and present it to client for approval.
  • Control and technical advice on relevant IT technologies and best practices.
  • Acting as an external advisor to client when interacting with external parties.

  • Experience with development activities;
  • English.
