For one of our clients in the Telco industry we are looking for a Process Analyst for Billing
Background of the project: The RAITT program reshapes the BSS landscape and operating model around improved customer experience, faster T2M and reduced TCO through the development and implementation of new modern product catalogs.
Service description:
Project processes: Defining and refining epics with company goals in mind
Project planning: Monitoring the backlog for features and business user stories so that they are well managed and prioritized along the PI cycle
Control: Control of the approval processes of epics by Colca, Siga and works council approvals taking into account the defined quality criteria / project goals
Stakeholder Management: Organizing and coordinating the participation of all relevant stakeholders in demo sessions during the design and development process, as well as collecting and evaluating feedback
Test plans: Creation of use case-based test cases for the Launch Readiness Test Phases (LRT)
Project management: Define and evaluate "go/no go" criteria for go-to-market so that all deficiencies are discovered, retested, and addressed before final adoption of milestones
Professional requirements:
Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma, State Examination) in a preferably interdisciplinary course of study
Relevant experience in Project management and Program management in the telecommunications and IT environment
Implementation of process analyzes and process designs
Safe application of agile working methods, methods and artifacts
Targeted Stakeholder management and appropriate application of communication measures
Strategic approach with solution-oriented approaches involving analyses and conceptualization
Fluent communication in German and English languages
