As part of the GRP 2025 project, the client is planning the further development and rollout of SAP APO PP/DS as a production planning tool in the pharmaceutical industry. All services provided in the project are provided within the framework of a hybrid-agile project organization.

Project description:
As part of the GRP 2025 project, the client is planning the further development and rollout of SAP APO PP/DS as a production planning tool in the pharmaceutical industry. All services provided in the project are provided within the framework of a hybrid-agile project organization.
Background to the order:
- The continuous development of SAP APO PP/DS as a production planning tool for the pharmaceutical industry requires many years of expertise and industry knowledge, which cannot be provided internally by the customer.
- In addition, additional services are required as part of the rollouts, for which the client does not have suitable resources. The contractor has many years of experience in the implementation of SAP APO or equivalent systems and can therefore take on an advisory role. Therefore, the contractor has a prominent position and performs significantly differently than the internal employees.
Tasks:
- Designing, performing and documenting functional tests in SAP ERP / APO. The functions to be tested are defined by the project team within the agile project meetings. The tests are informally documented in MS Word.
- Professional and technical advice on the implementation of production planning processes in SAP APO. The questions that require advice are collected during the agile project team meetings and passed on to the contractor.
- Creation of training documents for production planning in SAP APO in PowerPoint. The client is responsible for conducting the trainings, and all documents are checked by customers in the last instance.
- Creation of user requirements in MS Word. The requirements are defined within the agile project meetings and passed on to the contractor. All documents are checked by customers in the last instance.
Required skills:
- Experience with advanced planning tools (3-5 Years continuous experience): SAP APO, Orsoft MWB, OMP+, Kinaxis… (any will do)
- Technical knowledge: Experience with SAP systems & modules, preferably SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP PE
- Languages: mainly English, German is a benefit but not necessary
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to quickly learn specialized tools & processes
