Project Description
The Client has initiated the Now for Tomorrow (N4T) program, designed to transform its purchasing function into a world-class operating model powered by digital technologies.
One initiative within the program is the “N4T Databased Backbone (N4T DBB).” This initiative focuses on enhancing the purchasing organization through improved data management and utilization, integrating multiple internal and external data sources with N4T applications. The project encompasses data integration, governance, quality management, centralized data management, and data preparation.
The scope of the project includes integrating approximately 50 internal and external data sources into the Client’s existing data platform to support various use cases within the N4T program. However, implementing other use cases is not part of the N4T DBB project scope.

Key Objectives:
- Data Integration and Connection:
Establish seamless connections between the Client’s data platform and various internal and external source systems. This will enable a unified, structured view of data for informed decision-making. - Data Governance and Quality Management:
- Maintain a data catalog for compliant data usage and documented ownership.
- Manage data quality with automated and systematic measurements, clear accountabilities, and real-time updates to data quality dashboards (e.g., FP Quality Dashboard).
- Centralized Data Management:
Utilize the existing centralized data management system for purchasing data, including both internal and external market data. This reduces manual efforts, improves accuracy, and supports other N4T initiatives. - Data Preparation and Provisioning:
- Model integrated data sources to meet various N4T use case requirements.
- Transform and combine data from different sources based on specific use case needs.
- Develop, apply, and test analytical logic to support use case capabilities
- Language: English
- Experience: 3–5+ years in data integration, governance, and preparation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Azure Databricks, Python, PySpark, Azure DevOps, SQL, API development, architecture design, and data modeling. Familiar with Data Governance processes.
- Agile Experience: Skilled in backlog refinement, planning, and Agile communication.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
- IT Security: Ability to meet security standards.
- Innovation: Expertise in developing advanced data products, pipelines, and workflows.
