For one of our clients in the Telco industry we are looking for a DWH Consultant

Background of the project:

The service is requested as part of the B2B migration project CrossFit. The projects serve to adapt the Telefónica network infrastructure (core network) of the business unit to technologically new products (All-IP Line) and services (leased lines).

Specifications:

Setup/further development of data management in SQL Server for (landline, all-IP) products, as well as integration of existing / new data sources from SQL Server/Oracle from CRM systems, workflow management systems
Building a database in SQL that captures and merges data from different source systems (CRM & workflow systems)
Create/extend database reports in Tableau for daily reporting
Advising the specialist departments (Technology, Order Management) on data collection and management of customer data
Continuous optimization and further establishment of the data management process and quality for future projects

Must Haves:

Experience in building data architectures
Experience in the B2B sector
Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server)
Very good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft VBA and Microsoft Access
Knowledge of Tableau
Ability to analyze business processes and derive required requirements for data structures
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Telecommunications knowledge in the field of fixed network (fiber optics, copper, FTTH, DSL connection)
