The RAITT program is shaping the BSS landscape and operating model around improved customer experience, faster T2M and reduced TCO through the development and implementation of new modern product catalogs (U-630, U-631, U-632, U-633)

Description Background of the project / assignment:
The RAITT program is shaping the BSS landscape and operating model around improved customer experience, faster T2M and reduced TCO through the development and implementation of new modern product catalogs (U-630, U-631, U-632, U-633)
Tasks:
- Definition and elaboration of fixed-line epics
- Management of the blog of epics, features and business user stories from the epics in the fixed-line sector
- Trigger Epic releases by steering into internally defined release process
- Control of the Epics approvals through the necessary approval processes according to a defined process model (Colca / Siga / People Guild Approvals) according to the criteria for the defined quality gates
- Management of the participation of the tribes / streams in demo sessions during the design and development process as well as requesting and evaluating the feedback
- Creation of use/test cases for the Launch Readiness Test Phases (LRT) of the landline epics
- Implementation of the launch readiness test phases
- Definition of go/no go criteria for launch
- Recording and retesting of defects up to the final acceptance of milestones for the commercial launch
