For one of our customers we are looking for an Epic Owner 2

Overview:
The Partner Tribe designs all partner journeys and partner lifecycle management, including commission billing.

Goals: Seamless and efficient operations for all commission-related processes and journeys involving Telefónica partners (B2P & B2C). Service is provided in the Value Stream Payment for Partners (P4P). This includes the processing of wholesale invoices and commission payments for sales partners, brand partners, service providers and joint ventures.The service includes the features, from blueprinting to launch.

Tasks:
  • Describe and detail the requirements for new features, including functional aspects in Jira and Confluence.
  • Identification of dependencies and risks as well as assessment of the impact on existing systems and components.
  • Planning and control of feature blueprinting, taking into account open tasks from previous planning.
  • Advice on dependencies, solutions and risks within the project
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant documents in the field of data protection and security.
  • Expert advice to the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owner (APO) on the selection and planning of features for upcoming planning intervals.
  • Review of blueprint artifacts as well as monitoring and acceptance of test cases, test steps and tests for compliance with market readiness.
  • Seamless and efficient workflows for all provisional-relevant processes and journeys
