Background of the project:
The service is requested as part of the Fénix project. The purpose of the project is to introduce SAP S/4HANA on the basis of a global template. In 2025, the migration of the Real Estate Module (RE-FX) within the framework of Fénix is planned, as well as various deliveries in the areas of finance, controlling and procurement.
Specifications:
Must have skills: Change Management, Project Communication, Project Management, English, German, SAP Applications, Finance, Microsoft Office, Training, Conceptual Design.
Start: ASAP
Location: remote, 4 days/month onsite in Munich
Duration: till end of Q3, extensions planned till end of Q2 2026
Capacity: ~ 30h/week

- Provision of the cross-functional stream People Readiness service in the Fenix project
- Elaboration of a change management and communication plan for the third go-live, taking into account an updated stakeholder analysis
- Strategic design of change management and communication measures, taking into account FiT transformation management and project-relevant stakeholders
- Result-oriented review of implemented change management measures based on predefined target criteria / values as well as optimization of the procedure based on the knowledge gained
- Definition of training and change management requirements for the SAP S4/HANA modules BRIM, RE-FX Contract Management and RE-FX Accounting as well as Lease Line Management (Project Linda)
- Quality control of the training materials for the integrator's train-the-trainer training courses
- Information preparation and creation of further training materials
- Planning, preparation and project-relevant coordination of the training components for the SAP S4/HANA modules BRIM, RE-FX Contract Management and RE-FX Accounting as well as Lease Line Management (Project Linda)
- Conception, preparation and implementation of works council communication within the framework of the co-determination obligation for Fénix training courses
